*Members transferring into Wembley boundaries or joining for the season due to "no team" must ensure they have completed appropriate forms available (ie. parent declaration or release forms - see section WMHA Info\Forms)

| U9 (2017-2018) | $ 550.00 + **$ 200 = $ 750 |
| U11 (2015-2016) | $ 700.00 + **$ 200 = $ 900 |
| U13 (2013-2014) | $ 750.00 + **$ 200 = $ 950 |
| U15 (2011-2012) | $ 775.00 + **$ 200 = $ 975 |
| U18 (2008-2010) | $ 850.00 + **$ 200 = $ 1050 |
