*Members transferring into Wembley boundaries or joining for the season due to "no team" must ensure they have completed appropriate forms available (ie. parent declaration or release forms - see section WMHA Info\Forms)

| U11 (2015-2016) | $ 600.00 + **$ 200 = $ 800 |
| U13 (2013-2014) | $ 650.00 + **$ 200 = $ 850 |
| U15 (2011-2012) | $ 675.00 + **$ 200 = $ 875 |
| U18 (2008-2010) | $ 725.00 + **$ 200 = $ 925 |
